Over 40 years since the establishment of J. Sri Rung Rueng Co.,Ltd. in 1970 the business that started from one single company became a group of companies covering all kind of products and services. Sri Rung Rueng Co.,Ltd. was established by Mr. Sanya Jirojjaturonn in Bangkok, at Klong-thom which is in the area of business distric of China town. 1975 - J. Sri Rung Rueng Co.,Ltd. became and Exclusive Agent for Yamawa Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. and is appointed to sell all products in Thailand. 1978 - Due to promote the accomplishment gain, the company decided to start expand its business and became an importer for high quality industrial tools from around the world. 1980 - The company began increasing its capacity and became an Exclusive Agent for many other products. 1987 - C.Dureon Machine & Tools Co.,Ltd. a brother company for J. Sri Rung Rueng Co.,Ltd. was established in Bangkok with the aim to strengthen the high potential of the business. 1990 - J. Sri Rung Rueng Co.,Ltd. change the name to J. Sri Rung Rueng Impex Co.,Ltd. 1992 - The company had gain high reputation and had became an Exclusive Agent for Hitachi Tool Engineering Ltd. 1998 - With the high growth of the business, C.Dureon Machine and Tools Co.,Ltd had relocated to Chonburi Province to mainly support clients at the Eastern Seaboard and other industrial area nearby. ตลอดระยะเวลากว่า 40 ปี ของกลุ่มบริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรืองจำกัด จากเริ่มต้นจนปัจจุบัน กลุ่มบริษัทในเครือ JSR นับเป็นกลุ่มบริษัทชั้นนำแถวหน้าในธุรกิจเครื่องมืออุตสาหกรรมในประเทศไทย เราจะยังคงมุ่งมั่นเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพของทั้งสินค้าและบริการ เพื่อบริการที่ดีที่สุดแก่ลูกค้าตลอดไป 2513 ฐริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรืองจำกัด ได้ก่อตั้งขึ้นโดย คุณสัญญา จิโรจจาตุรนต์ ณ ย่านคลองถม บริเวณใกล้เยาวราช ที่ซึ่งเป็นแหล่งการค้าที่สำคัญของประเทศไทยในสมัยนั้น บริษัทเริ่มต้นด้วยการขายสินค้าทุกประเภท ที่สามารถจะทำการค้าขายได้ 2518 คุณชัยณรงค์ จิโรจจาตุรนต์ กรรมการผู้จัดการ บริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรืองจำกัด มีวิสัยทัศน์ที่จะมุ่งเน้นกิจการไปที่การจำหน่ายสินค้าอุตสาหกรรมเพียงอย่างเดียว ดังนั้นทาง บริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรือง จำกัด จึงร่วมมือและได้รับการแต่งตั้งจาก Yamawa Manufacturing Co.,Ltd ให้เป็นผู้แทนจำหน่ายผลิตภัณฑ์ Yamawa แต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย 2520 ความสำเร็จจากการประกอบกิจการนำเข้าสินค้าเครื่องมืออุตสาหกรรมตลอดระยะเวลาที่ผ่านมา ทำให้บริษัทดำเนินการขยายกิจการ โดยเป็นผู้แทนในการนำเข้าสินค้าประเภทเครื่องมืออุตสาหกรรมมาจากทั่วทุกมุมโลก 2523 บริษัทได้รับความไว้วางใจและได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นผู้แทนจำหน่ายสินค้าหลากหลายยี่ห้อจากทั่วโลก 2530 ก่อตั้งบริษัทศรีรุ่งเรืองแมชชีนแอนด์ทูลส์ จำกัด ในกรุงเทพมหานครเพื่อรองรับการขยายของกิจการ 2533 บริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรือง จำกัด ได้ทำการเปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น บริษัท จ.ศรีรุ่งเรืองอิมเป็กซ์ จำกัด 2535 ด้วยความไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจที่ได้รับการสั่งสมประสบการณ์ที่ยาวนานทำให้บริษัทได้รับการแต่งตั้งจาก บริษัท Hitachi Tools Engineering จำกัด ให้เป็นผู้แทนจำหน่ายแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทย 2541 จากการขยายกำลังและศักยภาพขององค์กร บริษัทศรีรุ่งเรืองแมชชีนแอนด์ทูล์ จำกัด จึงได้ย้ายที่ทำการไปยังจังหวัดชลบุรี เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวของภาคอุตสาหกรรมในเขตภาคตะวันออกในประเทศไทย ๋JSR GROUP ประกอบด้วย 1.
